Vilgain Sweet Nuts Topping

Is the Peanuts with white chocolate flavor vegan or lactose free? I ask because it says it's vegan but there is milk powder in the ingredients.

Hello, the topping is great, the dosage is great. Only thing is, after it's gone, there's a lot of content left on the sides of the container. Do you have any tip on how to get it out somehow? 🙂
