Unfortunately, the olive oil used is not of good quality. Real olive oil in the refrigerator should take a solid form.

Excellent, I only make a spread from sardines and these are a bit harder to mix with a fork, the creamy consistency is harder to achieve than the smaller ones in the can, but they taste great.
