For an industrial tahini, this is one of the better ones. The taste is very good. I don't like the texture because it's too smooth and a large amount of oil separates. I will make my own from Vilgain sesame.

I find the tahini okay. Unfortunately, it is rather creamy and not liquid, which is how I prefer it. The taste is quite good, but slightly bitter. In my opinion, it can't compete with the one from Koska. The bonus point, of course, is that it is organic.
