Vilgain Organic Rice Flour

Hello Gabriela, we rather do not recommend using this flour to make mochi. These cakes should include a special rice paste. If you still try them with our flour, be sure to let us know how they turn out :-)

This flour is not suitable for mochi and other sticky Asian products :) you need a special rice flour with gluten, so called glutinous rice flour
