Homemade bread in 10 minutes
With the Vilgain gluten‑free bread mix, you'll have baked goods on the table without any delays. Just pour water over the mixture, add the dry yeast and let it rise, plus you can also add nuts or other goodies to give your bread a little extra kick. Then you transfer it to a baking tray and bake at 250 °C. In 10 minutes, you've got your own gluten‑free bread that's high in fibre thanks to a blend of organic flours and seeds.
You can also make baguettes or homemade buns
The consistency of the dough makes it possible to create any kind of bread. For example, a baguette mould is great to use. The mixture will be more fluid, so always bake it in a greased and floured mold or home baking pan.

Suggested use
- Mix the mixture (500 g) with 500 ml lukewarm water and 14 g fresh yeast (or approximately 7 g dried).
- The dough will have a liquid consistency.
- Pour into a greased and floured baking tin, or a tin lined with baking paper, and leave covered to rise for 40 minutes.
- Can be baked in any tin, e.g. for baguettes, buns, etc.
