An important question; nowhere is it mentioned how the cocoa butter was made. Was it by fermentation or roasting? I would like more details about the origin of the butter, thank you
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The cocoa beans are first fermented, then roasted, then de-husked, then ground with granite stones to produce cocoa mass/paste and then the cocoa butter is skimmed off. We will also add this information to the product details on the e-shop. Have a nice day
