Hello, do I understand correctly that it is recommended to take 3 capsules of Mg bisglycinate all at once in the evening?
May I ask why it says in the dosage section "To cover 100% of the daily reference intake value (RDI) of magnesium 375 mg, take 3 capsules." and the ingredients table lists the Mg content in 3 capsules as 225 mg (60% of the RHP*)?
Hello from how old can this magnesium be taken?
Hi Veronica, magnesium is generally safe for children as young as 3 years old. However, it mostly depends on the dose, which is based on the child's age, weight, diet, etc. It may be that the amount of magnesium in 1 capsule of this product is too high for the child, in which case it is unsuitable. Have a nice day.
Hello, what form of magnesium is best for nocturnal muscle twitching please?
Hello, if I understand correctly, you recommend Magnesium Malate in the morning and Magnesium Bisglycinate in the afternoon/evening. How do these two forms differ from the common pharmacy magnesium - Magnesium Lactate, please? Thank you in advance.
Hello, is there a reason for the change where the original Vilgain Magnesium had 125mg per capsule and now I read that the new one only has 75mg? Thank you.
Hi Stephanie, the current product uses pure magnesium bisglycinate, which has a 12% magnesium content. The original product used buffered magnesium bisglycinate, which is a mixture of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide in a ratio of 80:20 - this mixture has a 20% magnesium content. The amount of active ingredient in the capsule has remained the same. Have a nice day,
Hello, can I combine both types of magnesium? That is, I take 2 capsules of malate in the morning and one of bisglycitrate in the evening? Or do I have to take either one or the other? Thank you :)
