We've prepared pure magnesium bisglycinate for you. 100% chelated form, no poorly absorbed oxides, no additives, in a vegan capsule. Magnesium bisglycinate with 12% elemental magnesium. 75 mg of magnesium per capsule.
Our magnesium comes from Germany from a high‑quality source with the trademark MagChel® from MAGNESIA, a company with more than 30 years of experience in the production and processing of minerals. MAGNESIA takes great care to thoroughly control its raw materials and all technical processes, which are improved every year to maintain the highest possible quality and purity.
Magnesium Bisglycinate is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium due to the unique binding of magnesium to 2 glycine molecules. This chelate bond allows for faster absorption while protecting the element from the action of antinutrients that can negatively affect magnesium bioavailability.
Pure chelated magnesium is the most absorbable type of magnesium on the market. Chelate‑bound bisglycinate can only hold 10‑14% of pure magnesium. This means that the higher percentage of magnesium must be the result of the addition of other, less absorbable forms.
"Buffered" magnesium bisglycinate works with the same amount of pure magnesium, but also contains magnesium oxide. While this increases the total amount of magnesium, it also decreases its absorption.
So how do you tell a pure chelate from a buffered one?

Magnesium is a component of many reactions in the body and is therefore an essential part of daily supplementation in sports and everyday life. Our bisglycinate form is recommended to be taken in the late afternoon or even better in the evening to take advantage of its calming effects.

Magnesium bisglycinate contributes to normal muscle function, reduces fatigue and exhaustion, contributes to electrolyte balance, and supports mental well‑being. Among other things, it plays a key role in the process of cell division and contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.
The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily, ideally in the evening. This means you can take all three capsules at once in the evening.
Magnesium bisglycinate may help improve sleep due to its bond with the amino acid glycine.
The product is generally not recommended for children, mainly due to the higher content of active substances. It is usually recommended for use from the age of 15, when the daily recommended doses of vitamins and minerals approach those for adults, according to EFSA. Ideally, we recommend consulting a doctor or pediatrician.
This is a 100% chelated form in which magnesium is bound to two molecules of glycine. This bond enables efficient absorption and protects magnesium from antinutrients that could reduce its bioavailability.
Pure chelated magnesium bisglycinate can contain only 10–14% elemental magnesium. A higher proportion usually means that the bisglycinate is “buffered” with magnesium oxide, which is less well absorbed. In one capsule of Magnesium bisglycinate there is 75 mg of magnesium.
Both forms have high absorption thanks to the chelated bond. Bisglycinate is recommended to be taken in the afternoon or evening and contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function. Malate is taken in the morning, forenoon, or before physical activity and contributes to the normal function of energy metabolism.
