Vilgain Lactose Free Whey Protein
Reviews
Salted caramel is even better than vanilla for me. Maybe if it was a little less sweet. But if I mix it with kefir, it'll be just right.
I don't feel sick after the protein, which is positive, the mixing is quite good, the blueberry flavour is a bit weaker, so far vanilla is leading
weird consistency, bland taste, but it's okay because I bought this one lactose-free so it wouldn't bloat my belly (and it does that perfectly)
Taste for me completely fine, in the shaker can be stirred without problems. Unfortunately, after two weeks of use I ended up at the gastroenterologist. Bloating, indigestion, etc. I'm not that lactose intolerant, I normally eat lactose-free products (butter, yogurt, milk,...) but I had to stop taking this protein. I don't know if a bad batch or my body reacts differently to it, but I prefer to write to let everyone with intolerance be careful and watch how they react.
It is better than the classic version of vanilla protein, it has a more vanilla taste.
It would be nice if it could be stirred. I believe you'll improve that consistency, as everything so far:)
Unlike proteins with lactose, a little unpleasant consistency. When I scoop the protein out of the bag, it gets dusty everywhere, it stays on the measuring cup and it makes my hands dusty. The taste of the protein is not completely pleasant, it is ok to drink, but after adding it to porridge it is really not good. But I understand that simply this protein is different due to the fact that it is lactose free. I won't buy it again unfortunately.
If I could I would give a rating of 0. It can not be absolutely stirred in the cassis is as if moistened when eating I eat mud. I don't know if I have a defective piece but when it is dried in water or milk it makes foam and sticks all over my shaker. The solubility is absolutely horrible. It looks like sticky gnocchi dough to me 🤢
