Pure clarified cow'sĀ milk butter
Transfused ghee butter is aĀ versatile kitchen helper that is great for frying, baking, and cooking. It adds aĀ pleasant nutty aroma and creaminess to food. Our ghee is low in milk protein and is therefore also suitable for lactoseāintolerant people.
It does not burn and withstands temperatures up to 250°C š„
Overāsmoking removes water and milk proteins from the ghee, giving it aĀ high smoke point of 250°C. This means that it doesn't overcook and no harmful substances are produced at high temperatures, making it ideal for frying, baking, and roasting.
