I was skeptical at first but from the first bite I knew what good quality this salmon is. Super rich in flavour and perfectly flaky! Adding this alongside the delicious juices (to make a lovely oily sauce) to a bowl of cooked pasta with some lemon and veggies was the perfect RAPID midweek dinner!
