Hello, please is MYPROTEIN VITAMIN D3 also suitable for children (8 years)?
Thank you very much for the answer.
Hi, in general vitamin D is suitable for children, they even have the same need as adults, but for a child of 8 years we would recommend e.g. Vigain D3 https://aktin.cz/vilgain-vitamin-d3/90-kapsli-33974. The dose in 1 capsule with MyProtein is very high indeed and the child should be given sufficient dairy intake in terms of skeletal development - dairy products are the source of vit. D, calcium, protein etc. For this reason we would focus mainly on the diet and choose a dietary supplement with a lower amount of vit. Even so, it will still cover more than 100% of the recommended intake. Have a nice day :).
Hello, I'd like to ask you about the dosage. The manufacturer stated on the packaging is 1 a day, on the website you state 1 a week. Thank you for the answer
