Cherry juice is not just a refreshing drink. Cherry extract has been the subject of studies investigating its effect on sleep quality. [1,2] We combined sour cherry fruit extract with L‑tryptophan - a precursor of melatonin. Melatonin contributes to a reduction in the time required to fall asleep.

Valerian has traditionally been used in sleep aids - it helps to calm, soothe and promote quality sleep. Scientific studies [3,4] have only recently investigated the power of valerian and its active ingredient valerenic acid , and these suggest interesting results not only in sleep quality but also in other psychological indicators.

GABA amino acids are neurotransmitters that are naturally formed in the brain.
We used two sources: the flavonoid humulone from hops and synthesized GABA. GABA and the flavonoid humulone from hops have been investigated for their potential effect on sleep (daily supplementation for 1‑4 weeks with resulting positive effects on sleep quality mentioned in studies [9,10,11]).
How to support full night's sleep in the best possible way?
