The base of the mixture is a tri‑colour quinoa, which is a combination of black, white and red quinoa. It is easily digestible and has a low glycemic index, so it will keep you full for longer. It also contains a decent portion of protein with all the essential amino acids, which are among the highest quality of plant sources.

It's super easy to prepare.
All you need is a pan or pot, oil and water.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil
and pour in our mix

Stir in 900 ml of water and season to taste.

Suggested use

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and add the mix.
  • Gradually add 900 ml of hot water or salt according to your preference.
  • Stir for 1 minute.
  • Cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • One packet contains 4 servings of food.
