Hello, Thank you for your question. On the product label, we declare only milk proteins and potato starch as the ingredients of the protein crispies. During the manufacturing process, sunflower lecithin is used as a processing aid. However, since it does not perform a technological function in the final product, it is not required to be listed on the label in accordance with EU legislation. We hope this answers your question.
