The base is whey concentrate

We have mixed it into our Protein Blend in a generous 40% dose.
MPC - milk protein with the ideal ratio of whey to casein
Milk protein concentrate is a form of protein that works with the same ratio of proteins as cow's milk and is the most natural for the body [1]. It combines the two main components of milk - casein and whey. This makes it well tolerated by the body, and our more than sufficient amount (23%) facilitates the absorption of the rest of the mix.
Slow release albumin
from dried egg whites
Egg whites are still considered one of the best sources of amino acids and were long considered the ideal basis for evaluating all other proteins. The 8% albumin in the mix is a carrier protein in eggs with a slower release than milk protein.
Casein will supply the body with amino acids
for more than 7 hours
We added micellar casein (19%) because it is significantly slower to absorb. It releases amino acids into the body gradually, over a longer time than all other proteins. At the same time, it has an excellent protein quality comparable to whey and even higher than beef.

The stevia plant provides a sweetener that is rich in steviol glycosides. This sweetener doesn't impact blood sugar levels, is 200‑300 times sweeter than sugar, and is considered a safe and natural non‑caloric option.
Why do we not use sucralose?
Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that is made by combining chlorine and sucrose. It is currently the most commonly used artificial sweetener. However, recent studies have highlighted some potential negative effects of using sucralose. For instance, it may reduce insulin sensitivity, making tissues less receptive to it, even at doses typically consumed by dietary supplement users. Another potential side effect of consuming sucralose is that it can reduce the volume and diversity of gut bacteria in our microbiome, which plays a crucial role in our overall health.
