Tasty side dish from the Middle East

Pita Bread is a traditional bread from the Middle East. It has a round shape and is commonly eaten in the form of a stuffed pocket, just cut and filled with ingredients. Traditionally you'll see fillings in the form of kebabs, gyros, falafel or hummus, but it's up to you what you fill your pita with.

Finished in 2 minutes

You can enjoy it with super quick preparation. Just fill the pitas and heat them in the oven, microwave or on the grill to about 75°C.

Super fine texture

We don't bake Vilgain pita bread with ordinary wheat flour, on the contrary: we have chosen extra nutritious and tasty hard wheat semolina. It is by milling the flour several times that a finer and more uniform texture is created, the gluten is given room to develop more in the flour and this creates a dough that is more elastic and easier to work with.

Selection of quality natural ingredients

We work exclusively with farmers who grow the best food. We don't add any extra stuff, just pure natural ingredients for the best Pita Bread.

Extra virgin
olive oil
It is included for a better taste and a pleasant softness of the dough.

Without preservatives and other synthetic additives
Only flour, olive oil, water, yeast and salt.

No genetically modified raw materials From a controlled certified chain

Handmade,
innovative technology

The pita is baked in a special way without added fat on a stone slab. This ensures even heat distribution, so that the pita is perfectly cooked but not dry. Crispy on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside.

Warm delicacy quickly and easily

In one pack you will find two 85 g pockets, with the aroma of a freshly baked bun with a fluffy texture and a distinctive taste. Fill it with your favourite mix of meat, vegetables and sauce and a balanced meal is ready.

It's really easy to eat healthy and balanced with Vilgain Pita Bread, even when you're flying away from home from morning to night.

Probably one of the best breads

Great pastry, I recommend it.

In a word, perfect. They're soft, they don't crumble, the juice from the vegetables and meat doesn't run out unless you cut it like I did 😁 My husband had everything left in the bread, yum 😋

He was really excellent
