I really like Vilgain’s long-life bakery products; I always keep some in stock at home. After opening, I store them in a resealable IKEA bag in the fridge, and the bread easily lasts up to 7 days. It tastes good both with savory and sweet toppings.

I always keep a reserve in every kitchen. A quick and healthy snack, ideal with cottage cheese or quality ham. But be careful, once you open it, it spoils quickly due to its organic quality. You have to eat it!
