So I don't know... I've bought several times and it's always been luxurious👌, beautifully creamy, smooth, thick just right. Now in the last shipment it's completely different😕. Very disappointing. A hard crust of cocoa solidified on the surface, watery underneath... Straight from the can, as I was used to, unusable. It was my favourite, but I won't buy it again😕

This milk used to be my favourite... The last order was a disaster! I will never order it again!!! The milk was runny! The cans were dented! And the cans had the expiration date taped over them!!! Original expiration date of 2022 taped over to a date of 2025!!! Outrageous! They refused to let me claim it. I had purchased 8pcs for 20€! I liked to order a lot of things from them regularly, but with this one they have sunk to rock bottom!!!

Regarding the dates on the can, the 2022 date may indeed be the date of manufacture, while the relabelled date of 2025 is the correct expiry date - this is also how the products are labelled in our warehouse. We have checked the product in the quality control department and if there has been a separation of the fat and water parts, this is a common occurrence with coconut milk. For smoothies, in coffee, in food... genius stuff. I love anything coconut. You can find a ton of coconut milk recipes.

It's more liquid than from a regular store-it doesn't "shrink". But still great for curry recipes :)
