We have full control over the entire production process. The cocoa beans come from Uganda and belong to the Trinitario and Forastero varieties. This gives the resulting chocolate a creamy, distinctive flavor with notes of cocoa, honey, and banana. We process the beans in a small local chocolate factory and ensure uncompromising quality and fair compensation for farmers.

Without flavorings and soy lecithin

Common chocolates contain the emulsifier soy lecithin, which reduces the cocoa content. Another frequent ingredient is vanilla flavoring, which softens the taste and masks bitterness in lower quality beans. You won’t find either of these ingredients in our chocolate.

We control the entire process. The cocoa butter comes from beans from the Dominican Republic, mainly from the Trinitario and Nacional varieties. The beans are carefully fermented and sun‑dried, ensuring a delicate, pure, and naturally aromatic flavor in the final chocolate. Everything takes place in a small artisanal chocolate factory, where we focus on precise processing and fair compensation for farmers.

Without flavorings and soy lecithin

Unlike regular white chocolates, we do not use soy lecithin, which reduces the proportion of cocoa content. You also won't find any artificial vanilla flavoring in our chocolate. The base is cocoa butter, which is complemented by cane sugar, real ground vanilla, and milk powder.
