Organic Buckwheat Flakes – naturally gluten‑free, source of fibre and micronutrients, mildly nutty flavour

Vilgain Organic Buckwheat Flakes – gluten‑free porridge with a nutty flavor in just a few minutes

Buckwheat is a naturally gluten‑free pseudocereal that we offer in the form of fine flakes prepared in just a few minutes. Our flakes come from European organic farming, contain no additives, and are certified gluten‑free, making them an excellent choice for people with celiac disease and anyone who avoids gluten.

“Cereal” packed with micronutrients and fibre

Buckwheat is a good source of fibre as well as magnesium, zinc, and iron. Among the vitamins, you'll find B vitamins. Buckwheat is one of the richest natural sources of rutin [1].

Create your breakfast combo to taste

Combine the flakes with hot water or milk and add fruit, nuts, protein, or cocoa. In no time, you'll have a nutritious breakfast or snack with an authentic cereal‑nutty flavor.

I soaked it overnight in milk, heated it up in the microwave in the morning, and my breakfast porridge was ready :-)

Very good, a bit overpriced, but I would recommend it, I love the great quality, it's really a shame about the price.

they are great
