it's weak, the composition is on point

I usually don't trust multivitamins much, I find it better to take the ingredients separately because of inconsistent RHP, but this one is great. As far as ingredients go, probably the best multivitamin I've been able to find! Stable RHP except for the magnesium, which is actually fine with me since I have other magnesium at home so I can supplement as needed :D. Plus, it doesn't just contain vitamins and minerals, but also probiotics and prebiotics, beta-glucans, and turmeric and pepper extracts. Appreciate it, at least it looks like someone has put some thought into it.

I am satisfied, I have not gotten sick or had a cold while taking it (and I have a lowered immunity :-) ).
