of turmeric and black pepper
Turmeric extract is one of the most potent anti‑inflammatory substances. However, the problem with turmeric is its low absorption. Therefore, we supported it with black pepper extract, which substantially increases the bioavailability [2]. Turmeric imparts acute and chronic anti‑inflammatory effects to the body, thereby increasing the body's defenses [3].
