Hello, is it possible that you changed the recipe 3 or 4 months ago? It seemed to me that when I bought the ketchup in the spring, there was a different jar (no notches) and the ketchup had a different (sweeter) taste. Now the jar has the knurled neck and the ketchup itself is more sour.
