I recommend it, it calms you down perfectly and works quickly

It works great, Garmin confirms better REM and deep sleep values. However, I recommend caution when combining it with magnesium – for me, this combination caused muscle stiffness and involuntary leg stretching during the night. The product itself is TOP.

Significantly improves sleep quality, I take it before bedtime and feel more rested in the morning. Occasionally, I also take it during the day – it relieves muscle stiffness.

After 2 weeks of taking it I don't feel any change

I use it for sleep, it works very well, I sleep much better, I take it with magnesium malt

no effect for me, next time I will definitely try l theanine in the form of drops, maybe it will be better😀

For relaxation, focus, and improved cognitive brain function. Helps regulate restlessness from caffeine ✊ I use it almost every day one hour before bedtime together with magnesium in bisglycinate form or in combination with L-Tryptophan.

I've only been using it for a few days so far, so we'll see.

I've been taking them for about a week, 1 capsule a day, and so far I haven't felt any significant effect. But maybe it just lasts a while, I'll give it a chance.
