Hello, I have a deficiency and other forms prescribed by the doctor did not agree with me. I was taking Bisglycinate by a different brand before and it wasn't enough. Can I take two of these at once and take them on alternate days to maximize absorption?

Since you have an iron deficiency and are already under medical care, we recommend following your doctor’s prescribed dosage rather than adjusting the dose yourself. Two capsules would provide twice the recommended daily amount, so please consult your doctor or pharmacist about whether this dosing schedule is appropriate for you.

My doctor said I have low iron, however, what they prescribed me doesn't work well with my gut. Could this product be used to treat iron deficiency anemia?
