Grass-Fed Demi Glace - reviews

Very, very weak flavors, in the text under the product it says that this amount is for up to 8L of sauce. You must be kidding, even undiluted it tastes extremely bland, what a shame. I don't know if the recipe has changed, but I don't understand how anyone could praise it for having a strong flavor. I won't order it again.

It seems tasteless to me and I probably don't know how to work with it. The sauce didn't thicken at all.

Adds flavor to food

Totally useless product. It's just dark water with almost no taste. It does not flavour the food, on the contrary, more salt needs to be added to the dish after use.

Although it has a great composition, but the taste did not appeal to me at all and the food did not taste much 😅

Overall, unfortunately disappointing - it's such a light concoction of what Demi Glace should taste like. The sauce is very thin and overall rather tasteless.
