Biltong beef is made from raw meat that is sliced lengthwise or across the muscle, and a splash of vinegar is added to make it contain less water than regular jerky. The vinegar is not noticeable on the taste and instead helps to complete the desired texture. The meat used comes from premium Czech farms and is completely free of artificial preservatives, colourings and flavourings often found in dried meats. In the ingredients you will find nothing but meat, a pinch of salt and spices.
