It depends on the person; fats don’t really work for me. I’ve been taking them for 14 days and always feel heavy in my stomach, even after a light meal, but then it passes. I’ll be looking for something else.

The composition is pleasant, but unfortunately, even after a longer period, I haven't noticed any changes or improvements, so I can't fully confirm the benefits. But it probably doesn't hurt :)
