Hello, thank you for your feedback. Due to a short-term failure of the correct measuring cups, a slightly larger measuring cup with a volume of 8 g was used for batches L25209, L24875, L24513. For these batches the recommended dosage is 5/8 of a scoop, i.e. 5 g. This warning is also added in the product information sheet. It's not quite ideally soluble, a little "sand" is still under the teeth, but I haven't found a better one yet.

Cannot be evaluated immediately after purchase. It is a long term use and so far I feel better in training, but I do not know if it is kratinem. We'll see with time, anyway the ingredients are great!
