I don't like the taste - it's just so specific and I couldn't get used to it. Even though it's a better alternative than white or cane sugar, I'd rather stick with cane sugar and sweeten less.
Coconut sugar for baking is just love, it smells wonderful all over the product 👌👌👌👌 I added it to candy, just because of the smell and the softness of the grains 👌👌👌
