Hi, when I mixed this with chilled water and ice it had congealed bits that were like partially cooked egg white? Is that right? Is it the cold water or a dodgy batch?

I mixed it both in a shaker and used a stick blender - then as it settled these congealed elements appeared. I threw it away and tried again and it happened again.
I’m using it as per instructions but I wondered if the water being cold causes issues?

Hello I don't see the ingredient soy in the ingredients but you mention it in the product description, is there soy/soy lecithin in lbroskyn lemonade ted? Thank you for your reply
Good day, there is no soy or soy lecithin in the product. The product description only compares the use of different protein sources, one of which is soy lecithin :). Have a nice day
