How much milk is in this please? I am lactose intolerant. Find it strange how juice is made from milk….?! Why is it so hard to find protein without artificial sweeteners and milk? 😩

Hello,
from our product line is the least lactose in lactose-free proteins. The amount of lactose in our isolates is approximately 1% for both the pure whey and the GF whey isolate.
In the case of pure whey - it is not a juice, but only a whey protein with a different production process.

Hi, when I mixed this with chilled water and ice it had congealed bits that were like partially cooked egg white? Is that right? Is it the cold water or a dodgy batch?

Hello, we're sorry the drink preparation didn't go well. We recommend to mix one 25 g serving in a shaker with 300 - 400 ml of water. It is important to shake the product well and wait a while for the foam to subside. Have a nice day.

Hello Jennifer, thank you for your inquiry. Try whipping the protein with a stick blender or in a shaker with a metal ball. We think it will be fine 💪🏽. Have a nice day.

I mixed it both in a shaker and used a stick blender - then as it settled these congealed elements appeared. I threw it away and tried again and it happened again.
I’m using it as per instructions but I wondered if the water being cold causes issues?

Hello, some protein powders can react with very cold water by forming lumps. We suggest you try mixing it with room temperature water, stir and shake, then add ice. If this does not work, please contact us with a photo of the product and the batch number. Have a nice day.
