Why is it better to wash dishes by hand?

Ingredients
5 - 15% sugar surfactant, 5 - 15% coconut oil sulfate alcohol, sodium chloride, organic lemon essential oil, organic lemongrass essential oil, citric acid, glycerin, water.Instructions for use
- For normally dirty dishes, add 5 ml (= 1 squirt) to 5 l of water.
- For very dirty dishes with solid and greasy residues, the dosage can be increased.
