The best quality olives are handpicked from the koroneiki tree - the king of olive trees. In order to guarantee 100% quality, purity and freshness, we source directly from the producer, have the product tested regularly and do not use any commercial intermediaries.

High content of health benefits

For maximum preservation of the health benefits, the olives are cold pressed into olive oil. Thanks to this processing method, the oil has approximately 100 times the polyphenol content of refined olive oil and approximately 10 times the content of olive pomace oil.

Olive oil excels in its content of healthy unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. In addition, other bioactive substances such as squalene, phytosterols, vitamin E, and a number of beneficial polyphenols including flavonoids can be found in olive oil.

Hello, according to an inspection carried out by the State Agricultural and Food Inspectorate in December 2023, this olive oil did not pass, when it was rated, among other things, as virgin only (see the test on the Food on the Pillar website). May I ask what feedback you have drawn from this test and whether this oil is already in compliance with the declaration? How do you explain that there has been such a failure?
