Vilgain Organic Buckwheat Flour - flour from pseudocereals with a specific taste
You can work with buckwheat flour in exactly the same way as with conventional flour, use it on its own or mix it with another flour in a suitable ratio. It is suitable for preparing savoury and sweet dishes, for thickening soups, sauces or spreads, but also for baking. It is perfect for preparing pastry dough (bread and pizza), which acquires a specific buckwheat flavour, but also for cakes, pancakes, pancakes and biscuits.
A nutritionally interesting food containing micronutrients and rutin
Buckwheat is an important source of fibre and also of magnesium, zinc and iron. Vitamins include B vitamins. Buckwheat is one of the richest natural sources of rutin, an antioxidant that has a positive effect on blood vessels throughout the body and, in conjunction with vitamin E, restores the elasticity of blood vessels and heals them from disease.
