Vilgain Iron + Vitamin C

Bought as a gift and satisfaction for the recipient.

I'm taking a while yet, so I can't adequately evaluate. I take this supplement to replenish iron during pregnancy.

So far I am using the product for the first time, I can't give a review yet

I have nothing to complain about. Supplements from Aktinu are just quality :)

I've been taking them for a couple of weeks and they significantly helped with the feeling of tiredness, I got better after illness and vaccination, great for me, I'll definitely buy more

I don't really recommend taking it at the same time as a multivitamin, as I developed symptoms of excess iron in my blood.

Excellent for iron supplementation, for example during menstruation/anaemia...

Super supplement/vitamin.
