Hi, some people experience indigestion after combining these two substances at the same time, so try to take them separately. If you're taking caffeine for performance support, include it about 30-60 minutes before exercise, as the caffeine's action is only temporary. Creatine, on the other hand, needs to be taken long term, and you won't see visible effects until you've been taking it for a few weeks.
