- Creatine monohydrate is insoluble in water. It dissolves well in juices or other acidic drinks.
- Creatine is best taken after training together with a protein drink or at any time during the day with food. When consumed with other nutrients, it is better utilized and will have a greater effect on increasing physical performance. The total daily dose can also be divided into several smaller doses.
