Bad taste, makes me tense with it.

This is a product that deserves to have two ratings - one for taste, the other for functionality. Because functional it is and it really helps me sleep better, for that 5*. But the taste is so unpleasant, it just brings the rating down unnecessarily. You can drink it, but then don't sniff it and exhale...and don't expect something you'll enjoy 😀 but it works!

It really works! As for the much-discussed taste, it's not much, but the cause is important. Natural sweeteners have a lower sweetness than artificial ones, but are definitely better for the body. So thanks for it. And then one of the ingredients, namely valerian, is itself taste disgusting, so I guess it was about how to make it at least acceptable. And for me, it is. The main thing is function.
