The milk from which we produce milk protein concentrate (MPC) comes from local farming in the foothills of the Orlické mountains in Czechia. Despite its processing, it contains the same ratio of whey protein and casein as pure milk, which is perfectly usable [1] and provides the body with a full spectrum of amino acids.
