Okay texture, but the product has a strange taste, like burnt fat. It was probably melted at too high a temperature.

It is tasty, although it has a strange taste. When I render such fat myself, it does not have this aftertaste. I wonder what this is due to... For culinary use better the other version available in the store

Unfortunately it tastes and smells burnt...fat burnt. Definitely not worth the price. Smelt as long as possible for the sake of economy..too bad
