Vilgain Mackarel Fillets in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mega good, normally it bothers me when I can taste the fish too much, but here you can practically not feel it because the mackerel is well marinated in olive oil. I will definitely buy again.

It tastes good to me, nothing to criticize. The taste seems less intense (fishy) compared to other canned mackerel.

Taste good, but what I don't understand is how mackerel (and in oil) can be so insanely dry.
