Not all oat flakes are created equal. We have really taken care in our selection, and our choice fell on premium flakes originating from Finland – a country characterized by unique climatic conditions for growing oats.

The flakes are carefully selected so that only the largest and whole, uncut beans reach you. These generally provide more nutrients and lead on the flavour front too - they're nuttier and fuller. The texture doesn't crumble and the grains smell authentically of oats.
