A more absorbable form of coenzyme at a good price!

I find it hard to believe that you have ubiquinol at this price, but I don't mind, because ubiquinol doesn't have a significant effect on a young organism; it is recommended more for older people, by which I mean at least from 50 years old. Otherwise, it's really unnecessary to spend more on the expensive one.

If you want to do something for your heart, take Coenzyme Q10 daily. That’s how I take it 🙂

I don't think it's ubiquinol, but ubiquinone because the price is pretty low for that form. I appreciate the 100mg though. The only thing that bothers me is that it has cellulose filler and not some oil, like extra virgin olive instead of vit. E or MCT fat, which would have been even better. I buy it regularly, but I'll probably be changing it up.

Price/quality ratio super, super composition, capsules are easy to swallow.

I've been taking it for a short time, but even so, I dare say I definitely have more energy and the fatigue has eased, even on these hot days.
