We import mangoes exclusively from Vietnam, where they are grown in the "fancy" variety. It stands out for its exceptional juiciness and slightly sour and sharp notes against a sweet background. From Asia, the fruit goes to South Moravia, where it is processed by hand by a small family firm specialising in all kinds of sauces. To ensure freshness, it is only produced in small batches - so that our customers always get a top‑quality product on the table.
