From Grass‑Fed cows on lush British pastures

The product is based on whey from high quality milk from cows that are grass fed for at least 10 months of the year. As a result, it has a more favourable fatty acid profile compared to the milk of cows that receive a compound feed, which is reflected in the resulting protein quality.

Ultrafiltration at low temperatures preserves the valuable protein fractions in the protein. These are ß-Lactoglobulin and α-Lactoglobulin , which strengthen immunity, and Immunoglobulin G, which protects the body against bacterial and viral infections. Last but not least, there is Lactoferrin, which improves iron absorption.
