The capsules are dark brown and have a very strong aroma. It is clear that this is ground mushroom, so it is hard to say how effective it is compared to higher quality products.

I have only been using it for a short time, but I know reishi, so I believe that, as with everything from Vilgain, it will be high quality.

Works great

After the total exhaustion when I fell at the beginning of July, I was tired and not myself. Now I've been taking reishi for a few days and I have to say that today is the first day in a long time that I feel really really good. Thank you and I recommend it. :)
