Sweet Chilli Sauce - reviews
I got fooled and bought my favorite sauce. I should have read more carefully that it’s no longer the same product. I will never buy this version again.
I will also join, unfortunately, with a negative comment. I bought it after a long time because I remember it used to be great. Unfortunately, as others have written, it really is just flavored water. The taste is good, but that's where it ends, because it's basically unusable. It's a shame, but until the consistency changes, I won't buy it again.
Big disappointment, based on the reviews I was hoping for a better alternative to my favorite sauce and instead got "water" :(
Very tasty sauce
The taste is great, but the new recipe is just a big letdown... I already thought it was quite runny before, but with the new recipe it’s like lemonade and unusable... Unfortunately... I hope for a quick return to a thicker recipe :-)
I don't understand why you changed it. It turns into water and it doesn't taste good. You've completely ruined such a great product. It tastes like you poured out half of the previous version and topped it up with water. It's watered down for the same price.
Unfortunately, I agree with the last review – the sauce is now way too watery. :(
Unfortunately, the new formula is completely watery and difficult to dose because it doesn't stay mixed. I understand the effort to improve the ingredients, but in this case, it didn't turn out very well. There are harmless thickeners available, or it would help to reduce the water and add more paprika purée. The original formula suited us better.
