For me, it's thin

Now without xanthan, maybe I would make it more visible, for example with a sticker on the jar for a few months, so people aren’t alarmed that they received something wrong, when in fact it’s actually better…

Perfect taste, if I need to, I thicken it as needed.

The consistency has changed, the sauce is like water. Such a shame, it used to be my favorite.

Too thin, not much taste, not very distinctive.

I got fooled and bought my favorite sauce. I should have read more carefully that it’s no longer the same product. I will never buy this version again.

I will also join, unfortunately, with a negative comment. I bought it after a long time because I remember it used to be great. Unfortunately, as others have written, it really is just flavored water. The taste is good, but that's where it ends, because it's basically unusable. It's a shame, but until the consistency changes, I won't buy it again.
