It's awfully hard to make pancakes out of. Nutrend was MUCH better, unfortunately. Taste was ok.

Unfortunately, my dough is tearing, it's rough.

I have an egg and banana recipe for low-carb patties, but this is much better and doesn't overcook

Taste great, but terrible preparation. Couldn't absolutely turn even on a non-stick pan! I even tried diluting it slightly...didn't help. Any tips on what to do????
